Rosemarina
Rosemarina: Welcome
Rosemarina is a patron saint of small water bodies, of tears, of ponds, of raindrops and clouds, of the mist stirred up by crashing waterfalls, the dew that rolls off of grass blades and of the spray that coats your skin near the sea. She watches over small things, too - small, baby turtle hatchlings finding their way to sea; little ducklings that idled and got too far from their mother; frogs that need a place to burrow for the winter; dragonflies fresh from their nymph casing, with wings all wet and soft and fragile. She laughs and speaks like a soft, tinkling bell, and may often wear a golden one tied around her neck from time to time.
Rosemarina: About
Appearance
Her hair is thick, curly, and heavy, floating, curling, and splaying around her face as though underwater. Rio's horn and hooves are made of nacre, the shiny, iridescent layer of pearls and mollusc shells - her horn is thought to have been developed from a small pearl ingrained in her forehead, which continued to deposit solid nacre. Her horn is constantly growing at a very slow rate; if a small sand particle gets stuck underneath her skin, there is is a small chance that a pearl and an eventual horn will develop where it once lay.
